Q:  When Should I Seek Counseling?

A counselor can help you identify your problems and assist you in finding the best ways to cope with the situation. Some of the issues for which counseling may be helpful include:

 

  1. Depression, anxiety, stress and other emotional problems
  2. Family and relationship issues
  3. Anger management
  4. Sexual abuse and domestic violence
  5. Eating disorders
  6. Personal growth and self-esteem
  7. Grief and loss
  8. Adapting to life transitions
